We make our home on the plains of Colorado, near both Denver and Colorado Springs, where we have plenty of room for training our wonderful Shelties.
We have been active in Shelties since 1986. In the beginning we were looking for companions and training partners. We trained primarily in obedience, and after an exciting exposure to sheep and ducks, herding. For many years that was enough for us. We were successful and content in the performance areas. Our Shelties earned MACHs, UDs, HXs and HITs.
Our view of Shelties expanded after acquiring a dynamic show-quality tri bitch and with the birth of her daughter, J.Morgan. This strikingly beautiful bi-blue bitch made us appreciate the honor and privilege of showing a conformation Champion as we participate in performance events.

We continually strive for the Sheltie that closely meets the Shetland Sheepdog Standard and is sound both physically and mentally ...a Sheltie that can do it all!

I could tell you the story of my life through the dogs I have loved. I could tell you the story of the losses in my life through their deaths. Dogs come into our lives to teach us about love and loyalty. They depart to teach us about loss. We try to replace them but never quite succeed. A new dog never replaces an old dog, it merely expands the heart. If you have loved many dogs, your heart is very big. |
